Reese Consult assist potential buyers and sellers during the whole transaction from preparing relevant contracts, providing planning review, co-operating with the lawyer of the other party, and finally preparing the public deed to be signed in front of the notary by all parties. We also assist with advice for new builts and managing building projects.
Please note that whereas in some countries it is common that the real estate agency assist their client in some of these matters, this is not common in Spain. Both buyer and seller are recommended seeking legal counsel.
Reese Consult provide administration services to clients ranging from setting up bank account, organising insurance, contracting electricity or internet to communicating with the tax office on their behalf or representing the client on an annual meeting of the owners in the building.
Reese Consult advise both residents and non-residents on how to co-ordinate their tax obligations in their respective home country and their new base in Mallorca. We also assist residents establishing their business in Mallorca, setting up companies or registering as self-employed and provide support in the on-going compliance work such as accounting and tax reporting.
